About Me.
Howdy. I'm a 27-year-old photographer hailing from the picturesque town of Mankato, Minnesota, where I was both born and raised. I received my bachelors of science degree in Geography at Minnesota State University Mankato. My journey into the world of photography started a bit later, it was sparked by a close friend's influence.
Although my initial intention was to delve into video production, I found myself captivated by the art of photography. As a hobbyist I brought my camera through a variety genres, starting with street photography and expanding into the realms of portraiture, landscape, and studio product. Now in 2024 I’ve decided to take my talents into the professional realm and started my photography business.
Drawn to film visuals with dramatic shadows, it reflects strongly in my work. Behind the lens, my primary objective is to either capture the familiar from a unique perspective or bring attention to the often overlooked elements of our surroundings. I also love collaborating to bring others visions to life. Everyone has their own story and visual language, and it’s my mission to capture that story.

What kinds of shoots will you do?
At the moment I’m focused on providing portraiture and product photography. Portraits can include singles or couples photography both in and out of studio. This includes senior photos, engagement photos, or maybe you just need social media photos! The only thing I’m not really in the market for right now are wedding photos.
I also can provide product photography and on-site photography for your local business. Lastly if there is a location / landscape you really want photographed, feel free to contact me and we can figure a price.
What can I expect to pay?
Pricing is negotiated on a case by case basis. It will depend on the following needs.
Travel - Shooting on site vs. shooting at my home studio
Time - How much of the day we will be shooting for
Equipment - some shoots require hauling equipment
Amount of editing required - number of photos or extensiveness of the edits
My fee will start around $120 for about a half day, 4 hours of availability to shoot. From there, charges will be based on edits.
Will I Travel?
Since I work a full time job, my travel options are fairly limited. At the moment I’m limiting my work area to within an hour and a half of Mankato Minnesota. If the price is right I will find a way to make it work.
Can I buy a print?
If you really like one of my photos and want it printed, send me a message! I can get it printed based on the size you are looking for. I may be looking to add a shop page in the near future.
